Cantors

Cantors are our leaders of song in celebration at weekend Masses and at special seasonal and holiday celebrations.  Cantors are also members of parish choirs.  Extra practice schedules will be arranged at convenient times.

Children’s Choir
Contact: Darlene Bednarz

Students sing at special events such as Christmas and Easter.  This ministry not only assists the congregation in liturgical worship but provides the children opportunity to grow well into a leadership role.  Students in the 2nd – 6th grades are invited to join the Children’s Choir.  Watch the bulletin for announcements and practice times.

Guitar & Keyboard Ensemble

The Guitar & Keyboard Ensemble is an uplifting and enjoyable groupthat plays weekly at the 11 a.m. mass.  Rehearsals will be every week on Thursday from 7 – 8:30 p.m. together with the adult choir.  Singers, guitarists, woodwinds and others are encouraged to join this ensemble.

Instrumentalists & Musicians

Our Instrumentalists & Musicians minister to the congregation through the gift of music.  This ministry includes all classical instruments as well as modern guitars, drums, etc.  This ministry is a great way to become more involved in the liturgy and to assist our parish community in liturgical worship.  If you are competent on any instrument and are interested in playing during our liturgical celebrations and during special occasions, please join us.

Lazarus Choir

This is a rewarding choir that ministers to families in their time of need.  If you are available to attend morning funeral liturgies, you are invited to join this choir.  Our members have big hearts and are dedicated to ministering to our grieving brothers and sisters during funeral liturgies.

Parish Choir

Anyone who is in the 7th grade or older is welcome to join the Parish Choir.  Practice is Thursday, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, September – May, in the church.  The Parish Choir takes part in the liturgy as well as special masses during Holy Week, Easter, and Christmas and throughout the rest of the year.  Reading music is not a prerequisite to join this enthusiastic choir.
