IMPORTANT REMINDER Regarding Sacramental Preparation!!!
Students who plan on receiving the sacraments of First Eucharist and Confirmation must be registered and participating in Structured Classroom catechesis, or the Youth Ministry catechetical program during the school year in which the sacrament is to be celebrated. On-going faith formation is what we strive for at all ages. Confirmation is especially encouraged during the 9th grade year in our parish. If you are an older, and not a Confirmed adolescent or adult, please contact the parish office so that we can get the necessary registration materials to you. As a sacrament, Confirmation is a special way of receiving God’s grace. God’s grace helps us to grow as Christians, empowering us with wisdom, knowledge, courage, and many other gifts of his Spirit. If you haven’t been Confirmed in the Church and are eligible, consider blessing yourself with the gift of Confirmation that God offers! Contact Joni Smith regarding Confirmation and First Eucharist.
